How long before I get my neon sign purchased at the shop?

All the neon signs you can purchase at the shop are pre-made. They can be received much faster than our customizable neon signs. The lead time for each product may differ depending on the stock availability.

Products in stock are ready to ship in just 1 business day.
Made to Order
If the product is not in stock, once your order has been placed, our team will immediately manufacture your order. You may expect it to be shipped out between 2-3 weeks.
Delivery Timeframe
Once the order has been dispatched or shipped out, it may take around 5-7 business days for you to receive your neon sign.
Do You Do International Deliveries?
Unfortunately, we can currently deliver only from the US and Canada. We can however ship outside mainland USA such as Hawaii and Guam with some extra charges
Do You Have Free Shipping?
We guarantee free deliveries all over Canada and Mainland USA. No minimum purchase required for regular shipping. If you prefer expedited shipping, additional shipping cost will be charged.
