How long does the warranty for HiTube last?
HiTube LED tube lighting has a 1-year warranty. You have the option to pay extra for an extended warranty of up to 5 years.
HiTube warranty covers the following:
● Any optical or power adapter failure
● Free technical diagnosis and parts shipment
● Coverage for all included accessories (ex. remote controls and installation accessories)
Our warranty does not include:
● Damages obtained from incorrect installation
● Physical damage during usage
● Color differences from what you imagined
