Yes. We offer a 1-year warranty for our Hi360 LED round rope light. You can also pay extra to extend the warranty by up to 5 years.
Hi360 warranty includes:
● Any optical or power adapter failure
● Free technical diagnosis and parts shipment
● Coverage for all included accessories (ex. remote controls and installation accessories)
Our warranty does not cover:
● Damages obtained from incorrect installation
● Physical damage during usage
● Color differences from what you imagined
