WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HISCRIPTS AND HILETTERS?
The main differences between HiScripts and HiLetters are their production time and design features. HiScripts are shipped after 2-3 weeks of production while HiLetters are ready to ship the next business day. Although both are customizable word neons, there are a lot of obvious differences. HiScript has a more permanent design. With HiScripts, you have the option to choose colors, size, and fonts from pre-selected options. HiLetters on the other hand lets you customize your message as you wish.

DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER FONTS OR SIZES I CAN CHOOSE FOR HISCRIPTS?
As of right now, we only have pre-selected 6 options for the font. This helps to make it much easier and more convenient for you. These fonts are curated to fit your event or business style.

DOES HISCRIPTS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes, all the HiScripts signs will come with a 1-year warranty!
We can only provide you with a 1-year warranty for HiScripts and it is not extendable. Should you wish to have a sign with an extended warranty, our custom signs’ warranty are extendable up to 3 or 5 years.

WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR HISCRIPTS?
The lead time for HiScripts is 2 to 3 weeks, starting from the day we receive your payment to the day it’s ready to ship. Additional 4-7 days will be allotted for shipping. This will take around 3-4 weeks from placing your order and receiving the end product. We also accept expedited shipping with an extra charge which will take 2-3 days for shipping only.
