What’s the character limit for HiLetters?

The magnetic support rail offers various sizes: the 40cm rail accommodates up to 9 characters, the 60cm rail holds 14 characters, the 90cm rail holds 14 characters, and the 120cm rail can support up to 27 neon characters.

What is the lead time for HiLetters?

All our Hiletter are usually in stock and ready to ship. After you pay, we’ll process your order within 1 to 3 business days. You can expect your delivery to arrive in 4 to 7 business days. For expedited shipping, you can expect your sign within 2-3 business days after we process your order. 

Is there a warranty for the HiLetters neon sign?

Absolutely! HiLetters includes a 1-year warranty, which cannot be extended. If you’re interested in a sign with a longer warranty, our custom signs can be extended up to 5 years.
