What's included in my custom HiLetters order?

Your package will include your selected magnetic letter neon lights, magnetic rail, 12V power adapter, and a 1m (3ft) black cord with a plug. 

How do I set up HiLetters on my desk?

Installing HiLetters is a breeze on flat surfaces. Place the magnetic rail where you want it, and insert the neon letters into its gap—they’ll instantly connect and remain secure. Plug it in, and the light comes to life right away!

What is the lead time for HiLetters?

All our Hiletter are usually in stock and ready to ship. After you pay, we’ll process your order within 1 to 3 business days. You can expect your delivery to arrive in 4 to 7 business days. For expedited shipping, you can expect your sign within 2-3 business days after we process your order. 

Is there a warranty for the HiLetters neon sign?

Absolutely! HiLetters sign includes a 1-year warranty, which cannot be extended. If you’re interested in a sign with a longer warranty, our custom signs can be extended up to 5 years.
