A MULTITUDE OF FLAVORS IN A BOWL
Japanese Chef Takuma Ishikawa created Kokoro Mazesoba in Tokyo Japan in 2013 which became popular in Japan and major cities in the following years. The soba noodles are made in-house daily with hot minced pork, raw egg yolk, and other fresh ingredients.
